A highlight of my life was when I worked at Government House, preparing meals for the former Governor-General of Australia, Major General the Honourable Michael Jeffery.
I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Communication and Media (Corporate and Public Communication) at the University of Canberra. I am still working within the hospitality industry through a hospitality employment agency.
I am passionate about food, and my goal is to take what I have learnt from university, pairing it with the years of experience as a chef to become a food critic and try to improve the Hospitality industry, using my degree in Bachelor of Communication and Media (Corporate and Public Communication).
I believe working for a hospitality media publication such as Gourmet Traveller, Hospitality magazine or Restaurant Catering Magazine can be a rewarding experience.
